Heat the tawa, grease with oil, and lower the flame.
Add a small quantity of batter on tawa and spread it slightly into circular motion. Make medium thick and small size chilla/pancakes
Add oil to the sides of the chilla and cook it slightly from both sides. Do not make it crisp.
Make all chilla/pancakes in the same way.
Take one chilla and spread coriander chutney or tomato sauce on it.
Then place potato stuffing on one side of the chilla.
Fold the chilla and ready all nashta in the same ways.
Now heat oil in a pan, add a little red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, and coriander leaves. mix well.
Place nashta on it and roast it from both sides till it becomes crispy.
Serve stuffed rava chilla or sooji ka nashta with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
