In a mixing bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash with a masher.
Then take out 2 tbsp mashed potatoes into a mixing bowl.
Now add chopped onion, capsicum, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, garam masala, amchur powder, salt and oil. Mix well.
Add wheat flour and form a dough of mixture.
Grease your hand with oil; take some potato mixture and round it into a ball shape.
For stuffing, in a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, corn, carrot, green peas, coriander leaves, paneer, salt, black pepper and chaat masala. Mix well. Or you can cut a thin slice from cheese cubes.
Now roll the potato dough ball into a round shape, add some stuffing on one side, and then brings the sides together to bind it. Firmly seal the sides to form a semi-circle.
Prepare all the snacks in the same way.
Heat oil in a pan, add the snacks, and fry them on medium-low flame until they are browned and crisp from all sides.
Serve crispy aloo snacks with chutney and tomato sauce.
