In a pan, add butter, oil, and cumin seeds. Sauté for a minute.
Now add chopped onion and cook it till the onion becomes translucent.
Meanwhile, in a mixture jar, grind soaked kashmiri red chilli, and garlic cloves with the required water. Grind it into a smooth paste. Red chilli garlic paste is ready.
Add chilli-garlic paste into the pan and sauté till oil separates from its sides.
Now add, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and pavbhaji masala. Mix well.
Then add chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix well and cook till tomato become soft and mashy.
Add chopped capsicum and sauté it for 2 minutes.
Then add boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled green peas and grated beetroot. Mix well
Now mash vegetables with a masher.
Then add 1 cup water and mix well. Again with masher mash vegetables for an even texture of pavbhaji.
Then add garam masala and butter to it.
Switch off the gas and add lemon juice and coriander leaves. mix well
Pavbhaji is ready to serve.
Heat butter in a pan, add little pavbhaji masala and coriander leaves. mix well.
Make a slit into pav and roast it from both sides. Serve pav with butter pavbhaji.
