In a pan, add 2 cups of peanuts and dry roast them on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Switch off the flame and remove the cover of the peanuts with a kitchen towel.
Now grind peanuts in a mixture jar with pulse grinding.
Then sieve grinded peanut mixture. Add ¼ cup milk powder and mix well.
In a heavy bottom pan, add 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water. Bring it to a boil and cook till one string consistency of sugar syrup.
Add grinded peanut mixture and mix quickly.
Then add cardamom powder and ghee. Mix well.
Switch off the gas when the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Set burfi mixture into greased tray and allow it to cool.
Cut burfi into pieces and Garnish with edible silver vrak.
