In a pan, add 2 cups murmura and dry roast till they are crisp.
Then in a large bowl, add sev and papdis by breaking them into small pieces.
Now add tomatoes, onion, boiled potatoes, raw mango, and pomegranate seeds.
Also sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and roasted cumin powder.
Now drizzle green chutney, tamarind date chutney and red garlic chutney. Quickly mix everything.
Finally garnish with more sev, papadi, chopped onion and coriander leaves. Serve immediately before it gets soggy.
