After 2 hours, punch down and divide the dough into 3 equal balls.
Take a ball and flatten it thick or thin as per your liking, I made a medium thick base. Prick with a fork.
Arrange heavy bottom tawa on gas.
Carefully transfer the base to the tawa. Simmer and cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
Grease tawa with oil then flip to another side of the pizza.
Spread pizza sauce, and white sauce and arrange chopped onion, chopped capsicum, and chopped tomatoes on it.
Sprinkle red chili flakes and pizza seasoning on it.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame or until pizza is cooked from both side and the base become crispy.
Switch off, remove and cut into wedges and serve immediately
