In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing, green chilli, and ginger paste. Sauté for a minute.
Now, in a bowl take some water, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, sugar, and garam masala. mix well.
Add masala paste into oil and sauté till oil separates from its sides.
Add boiled potato pieces and salt. mix well.
Cover and cook sabzi for 5 minutes, so masala flavor absorbs in it.
Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. mix well.
Spicy potatoes sabzi is ready.
