Peel the skin of sweet potatoes and grate it with a big hole grater.
Wash sweet potato strips with water to remove its starch. Then sieve water from it and dry it.
Then in a mortal-pestal, add peanut and crushed it into coarse powder. Keep it aside.
In a pan, add ghee, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds and curry leaves. sauté it.
Now, add chopped green chilli and sauté it.
Then add grated sweet potatoes and salt. mix well.
Sprinkle some water. Cover and cook khichdi on low-medium flame for 5-7 minutes or till sweet potatoes become completely cooked.
Now add, crushed peanuts, black pepper, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
