In a pan, add oil, ginger-garlic paste and onion. Sauté till onion is translucent.
Add chopped capsicum and cook until it becomes slightly soft.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and pavbhaji masala. Mix well.
Add chopped tomatoes and salt. Cook tomatoes till they become soft and mushy.
Then add potato bhaji (please refer to recipe video) and some water. Mix well and mash bhaji with a masher.
Lastly add lemon juice, coriander leaves and some butter. Mix well.
Spicy and tasty mysore bhaji is ready.
