Moong dal dosa with mysore bhaji | how to make mysore moong dal dosa | instant dosa with mysore bhaji

Mysore Moong dal dosa is a thin and crispy dosa prepared with soaked moong dal and street-style mysore bhaji. Mysore bhaji is flavored with pavbhaji masala and its taste is different than south Indian style potato bhaji. With little planning, This instant dosa is an ideal alternative to the traditional dosa recipe which can be made in less than 30 minutes. Do try this easy recipe of protein-rich instant moong dal dosa and street-style mysore bhaji.

The key to making crispy moong dal dosa with mysore bhaji at home are
  • Dosa batter should be thick and pouring consistency. So add water into batches to grind soaked dal.
  • soak and blend moong dal really smooth, else it will be difficult to prepare dosa.
  • Street style spicy mysore bhaji tastes great with dosa but you can also add aloo bhaji stuffing or paneer stuffing instead of it.
  • Decrease dosa tawa temperature while spreading dosa and cook it on a medium flame for a crispy texture.
