In a pan, add oil, ginger paste and chopped green chilli. Sauté for a minute.
Then add chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage, sweet corn, green beans, tomatoes and salt. Cook on medium flame till vegetables become soft.
Now add red chilli powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Add grated paneer and some coriander leaves. Mix well. Paneer stuffing is ready.
