Remove seeds and stickiness of gunda with salt.
Now in a mixing bowl, add roasted gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, amchur powder, sugar, coriander leaves, and oil. Mix well.
Now stuffed masala into gunda and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and hing. Sauté for a minute.
Add stuffed gunda and mix well.
Cover and cook till the gunda becomes soft.
Then add leftover masala on gunda and cook it for 1 minute. Mix well.
Switch off the gas and add lemon juice to it.
