In a mixing bowl, add boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, sandwich masala and some coriander leaves. mix well. The potato masala is ready.
Take a slice of bread; apply butter, chutney and masala to it.
Spread potato masala on it and grate cheese on the top of the masala.
Take another bread slice and spread
Take another slice of bread, and spread butter on it. Place the bread on grated cheese.
Now spread green chutney on top of the bread slice.
Arrange tomato, cucumber and capsicum slices on it and sprinkle some sandwich masala on it.
Grate some cheese on the top of vegetables.
Heat a grill pan, and spread butter on it.
Place the sandwich on it and roast it for 3-4 minutes on medium-low flame.
Serve cheese veg grill sandwich with tomato sauce and chutney.
