Peel potato skin and keep it in water.
Now cut potatoes into thick slices or to the size required. After that cut slices into small cubes.
Wash potato cubes with ice-cold water and keep them in water for 25 minutes. this helps to get rid of excess starch from potatoes and makes cubes crispy.
Drain off the water from the potato cubes and slightly dry it.
Take out potatoes into a bowl, and coat potato cubes with corn flour.
Deep fry potato cubes in medium hot oil till they become crispy and slightly golden brown.
Drain the potato cubes into wire racks once they are golden brown.
