In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, green chilli, coriander leaves and baking soda. Mix well.
Add water gradually and make a thick and flowing batter of phulki.
Now, whisk the batter in one direction so air particles incorporate into the batter.
Heat oil in a pan, drop small balls of pulk one by one to medium hot oil.
Keep the flame medium and stir occasionally.
Fry the phulki till they turn golden brown.
Now in a mixing bowl, add dahi (yogurt), salt, black salt and sugar. Then add 1 cup of water and Mix well.
.Add hot and fried phulki into dahi mixture. Mix them in the curd. Cover it and keep it aside to set for at-least minutes.
