First, take out the white part of the garlic and keep it aside, and finely chopped the green part of the garlic.
Now crushed green chilli, white part garlic, and ginger into a fine paste.
In a mixing bowl, add the finely chopped green part of garlic, green chili-ginger- garlic paste, and oil. Mix well.
Then add mashed potatoes, salt, coriander powder, and garam masala. mix well.
Now add the malai+milk mixture and mix everything for 2-3 minutes.
Take out lasan nu kachu in a mixing bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add ½ tsp of oil and sprinkle some chopped green garlic.
Serve lila lasan nu kachu with paratha or roti.
