In a mixture jar, add green garlic, green onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger, peanuts, sesame seed, salt and required water. Grind into a smooth paste. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin seeds and ajwain. Sauté for a minute.
Add fresh tuvar dana, salt, turmeric powder and a pinch of baking soda. Sauté dana for 2-3 minutes.
Now add the green masala paste and mix well. Sauté masala till oil is separated from its sides.
Add 2 cup water and allow the mixture to boil.
When the gravy starts boiling, add all prepared dhokli and mix well.
Cover the lid and Pressure cook for 2 whistles on medium heat.
When cool down completely, open the cooker and add jaggary, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and chopped green part of garlic. Mix well.
Switch off the gas and add lemon juice. Mix well.
Serve lili tuvar dhokli nu shaak with roti or rice-dal
