Soak 1.5 cup flour with 1 cup curd for 30 minutes.
Now add little water and make handva batter consistency.
Then add grated lauki, coriander leaves, green chilli paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt and eno. Mix well.
Now in a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, curry leaves. Spread vaghar in a pan.
Pour handva batter and spread evenly.
Cover and cook handva on medium flame for 15 minutes on oneside.
Flip it and cook another side for 10 minutes.
Serve crispy handva with green chutney.
