In a grinding jar, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, green chilli, garlic, ginger, peanuts, sev, chaat masala, salt, black salt, lemon juice and 4-5 ice cubes. Grind into a smooth paste.
For ghughra sandwich
Take bread slices and remove its edges. Spread butter and green chutney on it.
Now spread chopped onion and capsicum on it.
Then sprinkle chaat masala, black pepper powder and black salt on it.
Grate cheese cubes or any cheese of your choice on the top of the filling.
Place one bread slice on the other and cover with a bread slice with butter and green chutney.
Toast the sandwich on tawa by spreading butter.
Finally cut half and serve ghughra sandwich with tomato ketchup.
Notes
Use of ice cubes while grinding chutney helps to retain its green color.
