Ingredients
 

Gud sharbat

  • 1 cup jaggery - Gud
  • ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
  • 2 cardamoms
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 2 black pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 litre water
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sabja seeds
  • Some ice cubes

Aam panna or raw mango sharbat

  • 1 raw mango
  • 3 tbsp mint leaves
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp black salt
  • Water

Watermelon sharbat

  • 2 cup chopped watermelon pieces
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 cup water
  • Some sabja seeds

Cucumber mint sharbat

  • 2 cup cucumber cubes
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 2 cup chilled water
  • Some small cucumber pieces

Instructions

Gud sharbat

  • In a mixture jar, add gud, dry ginger powder, cardamom, fennel seeds, black salt, black pepper, cumin seeds and ½ cup water. Grind it.
  • Sieve the grinded mixture. Then add 1.5 glasses of water and mix well.
  • Add chaat masala and lemon juice in it. mix well.
  • Now in a glass, add some ice cubes, sabja seeds and gud sharbat. Mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy chilled Gud sharbat.

Aam panna or raw mango sharbat

  • in a pressure cooker take 1 raw mango and pour 2 cup water.
  • Cover and pressure cook on a medium flame for 2 whistles or until mango are cooked well.
  • Cool completely, and peel the skin of the mango. Then scrape the pulp of mango making sure the skin has separated.
  • Transfer the mango pulp into the mixture jar, then add mint leaves, sugar cardamom powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and black salt.  Grind it.
  • aam panna concentrate is ready.
  • now in a glass, add some ice cubes, 1-2 tbsp aam panna concentrate and ice cold water. Mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy chilled aam panna or raw mango sharbat.

Watermelon sharbat

  • In a mixture jar, add watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, black pepper powder and water. Grind it.
  • Sieve the grinded mixture.
  • Now in a glass, add some ice cubes, sabja seeds, watermelon pieces and sharbat. Mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy chilled watermelon sharbat.

Cucumber mint sharbat

  • In a mixture jar, add cucumber cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, black salt and water. Grind it.
  • Sieve the grinded mixture.
  • Now in a glass, add some ice cubes, mint leaves, cucumber pieces and sharbat. Mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy chilled cucumber sharbat.
